Privacy Policy

Seibertron Wholesale Hub helps Shopify merchants publish approved wholesale products, import dealer catalog items, and request supplier fulfillment after a dealer has collected payment from its own customer.

Data we process

We process only the data needed to provide the app. This can include Shopify shop domain, merchant role, company name, contact email, catalog product data, SKU mapping data, order number, line item SKU, quantity, fulfillment status, tracking details, and supplier/dealer pricing rules.

For supplier fulfillment requests, we may process protected customer data from paid dealer orders: recipient name, shipping address, and phone number. We do not request or store customer email for fulfillment.

How we use data

We use merchant and order data to create dealer product imports, maintain supplier SKU mappings, calculate dealer supply pricing, create fulfillment requests, confirm dealer payment status, and record shipment tracking information.

We do not sell customer personal data. We do not use customer personal data for marketing, advertising, analytics profiling, or automated decisions with legal or significant effects.

Sharing

A dealer business contact email is visible only to a supplier with an active, approved dealer authorization. Suppliers use it for partner approval, fulfillment exceptions, cancellations, returns, refunds, and other order-related communication. It is not shown to unrelated merchants or used as the customer email.

Dealer order recipient data is shared only with the supplier connected to that dealer workflow so the supplier can ship the order after dealer payment is confirmed. Service providers such as Shopify, Render, GitHub, and database hosting providers may process data only to host, secure, and operate the app.

Retention and deletion

We retain operational records only as long as needed for app function, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Shopify mandatory privacy webhooks are implemented for customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction. Merchants can request deletion or export help by contacting support.

Security

The app uses HTTPS, Shopify OAuth, session tokens, role-based controls, rate limiting, operation logs, private source repositories, managed database access, and limited staff access. Production data is scoped by Shopify shop and supplier/dealer relationship.
