Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Seibertron Wholesale Hub by merchants who install the app through Shopify. The app is provided by SHENYANG SEIBERTRON E-COMMERCE CO., LTD, FA YUEN COMM BLDG NO. 75, FA YUEN STREET, FLAT/RM 705, 7/F, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR.

Service

The app helps suppliers publish authorized catalog products, approve dealer access, set custom dealer supply pricing, and receive paid order fulfillment requests from dealer stores. Dealers remain responsible for their own storefront, customer checkout, customer service, returns, and local fulfillment decisions.

Dealer and supplier responsibilities

Dealers must collect payment from their own customers before sending a supplier fulfillment request. Suppliers ship only after the dealer payment or agreed supply payment is confirmed. Each supplier is responsible for its own product availability, shipping promises, and dealer commercial terms.

Pricing

Dealer stores may use the free Dealer plan for approved product import and selected paid order handoff. Supplier brands can choose paid supplier plans, including Supplier Starter at USD 39 per month, Supplier Growth at USD 99 per month, and Supplier Business at USD 199 per month. Paid supplier plans are billed through Shopify App Pricing. Shopify shows the final plan approval page to each merchant before charges begin. Some internal, test, or approved partner stores may receive a no-charge partner license at Seibertron's discretion.

Acceptable use

Merchants may not use the app to misrepresent supplier authorization, upload unlawful products, bypass customer consent obligations, scrape unrelated Shopify data, or send customer data to parties that are not needed for the supplier/dealer fulfillment workflow.

Data and privacy

Merchants must comply with applicable privacy and commerce laws. Our Privacy Policy describes how the app processes merchant and customer data. Dealers and suppliers are responsible for their own customer-facing policies and after-sales obligations.

License and intellectual property

Seibertron® and the Seibertron logo are trademarks of SHENYANG SEIBERTRON E-COMMERCE CO., LTD. The app software, documentation, interface, and original content remain owned by or licensed to us. Subject to these terms and any Shopify billing terms, we grant an approved merchant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the hosted app during the active subscription or partner authorization period. No source code, copyright ownership, trademark ownership, or right to sublicense is transferred. Merchants may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, rent, or redistribute the app except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Refunds and cancellation

App subscription and billing questions are handled through Shopify's app billing process and the support route described in our Refunds and Billing Policy. A dealer remains responsible for refunds to its own customers. A supplier's settlement refund or credit is a separate commercial transaction and does not automatically create a customer refund. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features, pricing, or these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
